Just let go.

When negotiating lifes twists and turns, it‘s easy to get bogged down by our past experiences and things that have gone wrong in our lives.
It’s pretty much inevitable for us to experience some kind of emotional pain. We all have things we worry about. Stress over. For some of us, these fears and worries can become overpowing and can start to hold us back. I’m not really sure why, but I’ve always worried about things.

One thing I have learnt so far is, When it hurts to hold on, Let go. I promise it’ll be okay. Letting go can be painful, but it can also be healing. I’ve let go of toxic people, relationships, bad habits. And trust me sometimes it’s the only choice we are left with.

When you’re feeling lost and uncertain about letting go of something, or someone, just remember that it’s never the end.

I still believe, despite everything I’ve been through, everything happens for a reason. If you let something go, and it returns, it was always yours. And if not, it never was.

Letting go of a relationship hurts like hell, Yes. That’s true.  I’ve experienced this personally. But holding on when the other person has already let go is suffocating.

One thing that you need to do is Changing your mindset.

Once you let go of the past and move forward, some might ask, move forward for what? Simple answer to this is Do anything you want. When you finally let things go,  literally anything is possible. Now you can focus on whatever makes you happy in life. And that’s what we want. Right?

The thoughts you have, are vital to leave the past behind to a truly bigger and better life.

Eveything is upto you and your heart. Take a moment to think about what makes you crazy happy and keep your passions close. Don’t be afraid to say goodbye to something or someone because happiness is a priority. YOU NEED YOU MORE THAN YOU NEED ANYONE ELSE.

Breathe in, Breathe out, and Let go.

Thankyou

Until next,
